Christian Acosta

Christian Acosta brings more than 17 years of experience in the banking industry to his role at First Vision Bank. Originally from Southern California, Christian has lived in Utah and Nebraska before making Middle Tennessee his home for the past four years. His career in financial services began in 2007 when he relocated to Utah and started as a teller, quickly discovering the diverse opportunities available within the banking sector.

Throughout his extensive career, Christian has gained expertise in areas such as cash management, commercial real estate, equipment financing, and consumer lending. He has a particular passion for business banking and construction lending, where he enjoys working closely with a variety of businesses. Helping clients understand their operations, from cash flow to products, and supporting them in achieving their goals is something Christian finds deeply rewarding.

Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in history from Long Beach State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He lives in Murfreesboro with his wife and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, as well as golfing or fishing whenever the opportunity arises.
 

Nick Knight

Nick Knight has been with First Vision Bank since November 2022, where he initially served as a Relationship Manager specializing in loans. Recently, he was promoted to Office Manager for the Decherd branch, reflecting his dedication and leadership within the company.
Nick’s career in banking began at Whitaker Bank in Georgetown, KY, where he worked for nearly two years from 2006 to 2007. After gaining valuable experience there, he transitioned into management in the healthcare industry before returning to his passion for banking with First Vision Bank. Nick holds a degree in finance from Georgetown College, which he earned in 2005.

Outside of his professional achievements, Nick has been happily married to his wife, Laura, for 16 years, and they have two children, Jackson and Cooper. The family has lived in Winchester for the past 12 years. Nick's commitment to his family, community, and profession makes him a valuable asset to the First Vision Bank team.

Denise Ledford

Denise Ledford has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer within the bank. Denise brings with her nearly 20 years of banking experience as she began her career with First Vision Bank in 2005. 

Ledford lives in Tullahoma and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2016. 

She has served on several banking industry committees over the years and is a member of Tullahoma Downtown Lions Club and is also a member of Christ the King Anglican Church in Decherd, Tenn. 

Ledford and her husband Gary have two children, Travis Ledford and Emma Roehmer, along with three grandchildren, Addie, Brooks, Charlie.

Seth McGill

Stepping into Ledford’s role of Chief Financial Officer is Seth McGill.

With nearly two decades of banking and accounting industry experience in Middle Tennessee, McGill has an extensive background in bank financial management including strategic planning, risk management, and asset-liability management. 

Recently, McGill served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer at Fourth Capital Bank in Nashville, Tenn. 

Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Franklin Synergy Bank and an audit manager with the accounting firm of Maggart & Associates. A native Tennessean, Seth is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and currently resides in Murfreesboro with his wife and son.

Jon Bell
Community President Jon Bell has transitioned his role to the Decherd office. Bell has been a part of the First Vision Bank team for 16 years and also worked with Regions Bank in Franklin County for three years prior to joining the bank.

Bell graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and also graduated from LSU School of Banking in 2016, Southeastern School of Banking in 2007 and Southeastern School of Commercial Lending in 2008.

Bell is married to Jennifer Counts Bell, a Winchester native, and has two children - Kamryn and Carter.

Brad Goodwin

In addition to these two moves, Brad Goodwin has been promoted to Community President at First Vision Bank in Manchester. 

Brad Graduated MTSU in 2001, Southeastern School of Banking in 2006, Southeastern School of Commercial Lending in 2007, and LSU School of Banking in 2010, and have 20 years of banking experience.

Brad is the former President of the Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce, long time member of Rutledge Falls Baptist Church, and currently District Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America. 

He is married to his wife Jennifer Goodwin and they have two children - Brady and Brody
